These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solidlattice platform and services provided by Solidlattice, Inc. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You may use Solidlattice solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform to violate any applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or engage in data scraping beyond permitted API usage limits.
Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy available at solidlattice65.com/refunds.
Intellectual Property
Solidlattice retains all rights to the platform, software, algorithms, and documentation. You retain ownership of all design files, simulation data, and outputs you create using the platform. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solidlattice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. These limitations apply regardless of the form of action.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boston, MA, except where prohibited by law.
